A U.S. based global agricultural company was looking for support to create and design a global privacy program, to establish a global baseline for privacy compliance.
To align a global privacy program across multiple jurisdictions and divisions of the organization the client was looking for support with identifying and building a governance model, and a supporting suite of policies that were tailored to their business model, culture, and values.
They required support in socializing and adoption of the new model, roles and responsibilities and proving general awareness and education on new and revised policies and procedures.

Myna worked with the client to identify existing governance and controls and identify ways to enable their model to gain efficiencies and reduce risk across the organization.
The strategy was to create a program governance model focused on compliance with all relevant global privacy regulations.

Program Outcomes
The Privacy Program Operating Model encompassing key observations, recommendations, roles and responsibilities of a new global team was created and implemented.
A suite policies was developed and implemented across the organization to support the governance and operationalization of the privacy program.
All activities processing personal data for identified high-risk business regions were identified and data inventories were created, mapping the life cycle of the data for each process.
