Background – Kyle is a Manager at Myna Partners. He has an extensive background in developing Third Party Risk Management programs and conducting Third Party Risk and Control Assessments. Prior to Kyle’s work in consulting, he was responsible for leading the Program Governance and Quality Assurance Team within the Financial Technology Sector. He ensured all Third-Party Risk Management Governance activities were being completed by developing innovative tools and reports. He’s worked with both third parties and clients from a variety of industries and of varying sizes and complexity. He also has a background in Operational Risk Management and Process Improvement.
Experience, Skills, and Expertise – Kyle has over seven years of experience within TPRM and has experience developing frameworks, risk assessment tools, and reporting metrics such as KRIs and KPIs. He has worked with a variety of stakeholders, including Internal Partners, Clients, and Regulatory Bodies. Additionally, he has managed Continuous Improvement Projects, which include the development of new and innovative solutions. Kyle led the configuration, implementation, and migration to a new governance platform (ProcessUnity). Throughout and after the implementation, he was the System Administrator, assuming responsibility for training and system maintenance. Additionally, Kyle has assisted clients with evaluating their current Third-Party Risk Management Program and has worked to implement enhancements that align with industry best practices.
Certifications and Education – Kyle graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Finance. He has an Operational Risk Manager Certification from RMA.
OneTrust Certifications – Kyle holds OneTrust’s highest expert certification, Fellow of Privacy Technology. This certification requires expert knowledge of each of the OneTrust Modules, which include: ESG, GRC, Privacy, Cookie Consent, Consent & Preference Management, Data Mapping Automation, Incident Management, PIA & DPIA, Privacy Rights Automation & Third-Party Risk Management.
