Background – Jennifer has over 25 years of experience working in risk management and compliance, with a focus on privacy over the last 15 years. Prior to Myna Partners, Jennifer worked with a risk management consulting firm to provide cybersecurity, privacy, information governance, and risk management services across a wide variety of industries (including medical device, pharmaceutical, retail, financial services, travel and leisure, telecommunications, and government).
Experience, Skills, and Expertise – Jennifer is a subject matter expert in many areas of privacy including privacy program management, data inventory/mapping, privacy policy development, cross border data transfers, and other important privacy office functions. Regulatory compliance expertise includes both U.S. regulations, such as HIPAA, CCPA, and GLBA, and global requirements, including GDPR, PIPEDA, and LGPD. She has provided HIPAA compliance services to a wide variety of organizations including biotech and medical device companies, as well as government entities. Her experience with risk management matters includes organizations of all sizes, from some of the largest global organizations in the world to small and mid-tier organizations. Jennifer has extensive project management experience, successfully managing project teams and working with key client stakeholders from across the organization (Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Security, Customer Service, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, etc.) to achieve optimal project outcomes.
Certifications and Education – Jennifer is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
