Background – Elaine is a highly motivated, self-driven, Senior Associate with Myna Partners. She has experience in helping companies in their privacy compliance and process improvement efforts by identifying and documenting organizational data processing activities, analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, assessing privacy impact assessments, and working with stakeholders at all levels to help achieve project goals. She has exceptional experience in wireless insurance, SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2 and PCI requirements. She also has a background in writing and editing system controls, descriptions, and management responses. Prior to Myna Partners, Elaine worked as a Senior Compliance Manager for a wireless insurance company specializing in wireless insurance, SOC 1, SOC2 and PCI compliance.
Experience, Skills, and Expertise – Elaine has great experience in IT requirements for SOC 1, SOC 2 and PCI. She has a background in managing projects and supporting various privacy compliance efforts including assisting clients to assess their standing and manage change through evolving privacy regulations. Her background also includes drafting policies, including Rogue Wireless Detection, Vendor Management and Code Scanning. At her previous company, Elaine was the sole Compliance Manager leading all audit engagements, user access reviews, audit data collection and developing better ways to ensure compliance for the company.
Certifications and Education – Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The University of Memphis and OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional.
