She has experience aiding clients in their privacy compliance and process improvement efforts by identifying and documenting organizational data processing activities, analyzing information lifecycles and business processes, and developing privacy frameworks and action plans. She has supported clients in designing and performing various privacy-related assessments and remediation activities, including CCPA, PDPA, POPIA and GDPR. She has a background in planning and implementing cross-functional business operations and technology projects including gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders at all levels to report on and help achieve project goals. She has designed and implemented data subject rights response programs, including providing guidelines and training, technology enhancement, and process enhancements for requests received from data subjects in different jurisdictions, including those made under CCPA, PDPA, POPIA and GDPR. She has experience leveraging OneTrust’s privacy management solutions to support clients in their compliance efforts by identifying and documenting organizational data processing activities, analyzing information lifecycles, designing data subject request and third-party risk management programs. She has led company-wide software transitions where she collaborated with developers on unique buildouts, created guide materials, and delivered employee training.
Certifications and Education – Cira holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University. Cira is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
